All Pre-Loved items returned through our Give Back Program are meticulously inspected by our in house team.
Each garment is cleaned with water based, non-toxic detergents approved for sensitive skin by the Environmental Working Group.
Our skilled team handles all repairs in-house; from fixing a loose seam to replacing a button, we take pride in restoring each item to a "like new" quality standard.
If an item does not meet our standard and isn't fit for resale, we embrace circularity through responsible recycling and composting to eliminate waste.
